Welcome to My Family Branches! These Terms of Service explain the guidelines for using our website and purchasing our digital products. By accessing this site or placing an order (through Etsy or directly), you agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Products
All items offered through My Family Branches are digital downloads. Therefore, no physical products will be shipped.
After your purchase, you will receive access to your files by email or through your account on the platform you used to order (such as Etsy).
2. Personal Use Only
Our templates and designs are intended for personal use only. To clarify, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share any files — even if you modify them
- Use our templates for any commercial resale purposes
- Claim our designs as your creations
Using our products in any of these ways violates our terms.
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, if you have trouble accessing or editing your files, please reach out. We’re happy to help resolve any technical issues.
4. Canva & Compatibility
Our templates are designed specifically for use with Canva, a free online design platform. While we include step-by-step instructions, we recommend having basic Canva skills before getting started.
Please note that we are not affiliated with Canva and cannot control changes they may make to their platform or features.
5. Support
We want you to feel supported! If you need help with your order, you can reach us through our Contact page or by messaging us on the platform where you purchased your product.
Although we do not offer one-on-one Canva training, every product includes a detailed guide and a video tutorial to help you customize your template with ease.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for issues that arise from the following:
- Incorrect or unintended use of the templates
- Compatibility problems with third-party software or systems
- Errors resulting from user-made modifications
By using our products, you accept responsibility for how you apply them.
